One of the most impressive aspects of the Compass is its engine options. There are three different engine choices available, each of which offers excellent performance.
The base engine is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that produces 180 horsepower and 175 pound feet of torque. This engine is capable of reaching 60 mph in just over nine seconds, which is quite impressive for a base engine. The next available engine option is a 2.0 liter turbocharged four cylinder that produces 270 horsepower and 295 pound feet of torque.
